ABSTRAK

Stunting merupakan salah satu permasalahan gizi kronis yang masih belum
terselesaikan di Indonesia dan dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk tingkat
pendapatan keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara
pendapatan keluarga dengan status gizi balita serta kejadian stunting di wilayah
kerja Puskesmas Bukit Cening pada tahun 2024. Metode yang digunakan adalah
desain penelitian cross-sectional dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 62 responden.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar keluarga memiliki
pendapatan di bawah Upah Minimum Regional (UMR) sebesar 46,77%, dan
sebanyak 38,7% balita mengalami stunting. Uji chi-square menunjukkan adanya
hubungan yang signifikan antara pendapatan keluarga dengan status gizi balita (p
= 0,015) serta dengan kejadian stunting (p = 0,029).
