ABSTRAK

INTISARI
Perdarahan antepartum yaitu perdarahan pervaginam yang terjadi setelah usia ke
hamilan 28 minggu, merupakan kondisi yang serius dan memerlukan perhatian
khusus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis asuhan keperawatan pada
pasien dengan pendarahan antepartum yang beresiko mengalami
Ketidakseimbangan Cairan di Instalasi Gawat Darurat Rumah Sakit Harapan
Bunda Batam. Penelitian ini memiliki beberapa tujuan spesifik yakni
melaksanakan pengkajian kasus, menentukan diagnosa keperawatan, menyusun
intervensi, melaksanakan implementasi dan mengevaluasi hasil pada pasien
dengan kondisi tersebut. Metodologi penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan
studi kasus bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi masalah asuhan keperawatan pada
pasien perdarahan antepartum. Penelitian telah dilakukan pada tanggal 27 dan 29
juni 2024 di Rumah Sakit Harapan Bunda Batam. Kepada klien diharapkan dapat
menerapkan bedrest, mengurangi aktivitas berat, dan makan makanan yang
bergizi
