ABSTRAK

Nyeri merupakan pengalaman sensorik dan emosional yang tidak menyenangkan
akibat kerusakan atau ancaman kerusakan jaringan. Pengalaman nyeri disebabkan
oleh stimulus noksius yang diperantai oleh sistem sensorik nosiseptif. Daun lamun
memiliki beberapa kandungan senyawa utama seperti alkaloid, flavonoid dan
tanin. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui aktivitas analgesik ekstrak etanol
daun lamun (Enhalus acoroides) pada mencit putih jantan (Mus musculus) yang
diinduksi asam asetat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimental laboratorium.
Penelitian ini menggunakan 15 ekor mencit putih jantan, dengan berat badan 20-
30 gram. Mencit dibagi menjadi 5 kelompok secara acak, kelompok pertama
sebagai kelompok kontrol positif yang diberikan obat Natrium diklofenak 50 mg,
kelompok dua sebagai kontrol negatif diberikan Na-CMC 1 %, kelompok ketiga,
keempat dan kelima diberikan ekstrak etanol daun lamun dosis 75mg/kgBB,
100mg/kgBB, 125mg/kgBB. Setelah 30 menit, diberikan penginduksi asam asetat
1% secara intraperitoneal. Kemudian diamati jumlah geliat 10 menit selama 1
jam. Setelah data persen proteksi geliat diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji

Shaphiro-wilk, uji homogenitas, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji LSD. Dari rata-
rata hasil persen proteksi untuk kelompok perlakuan tertinggi yaitu kelompok
ekstrak dosis 125mg/kgBB sebesar 47,70% dan kelompok perlakuan terendah
yaitu ekstrak dosis 75mg/kgBB sebesar 28,1%. Ekstrak daun lamun dosis
125mg/kgBB merupakan dosis terbaik sebagai analgesik dalam menurunkan nyeri
pada mencit yang diinduksi asam asetat
