ABSTRAK

Secara global, stunting pada balita pada tahun 2022 sekitar
22,3% atau 148 juta balita < 5 tahun. Stunting di Asia Tenggara sendiri prevalensi
stunting sebesar 26,4% atau 14,4 juta. Prevalensi stunting di Indonesia
menempati urutan ke-2 sebesar 31,8% setelah negara Timor Leste sebesar 45,1%
yang menempati urutan 1 di Asia Tenggara tahun 2022. Di Indonesia sendiri
prevalensi stunting sebesar 21,6%. Tujuan Penelitian: Untuk melihat hubungan
imunisasi dasar lengkap dengan kejadian stunting pada balita di Wilayah Kerja
UPT Puskesmas Batu Aji Kota Batam Tahun 2024. Penelitian ini
merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dimana menggunakan rancangan analitik
observasional dengan pendekatan case control. Populasi penelitian ini adalah
balita yang terdiagnosa stunting di Wilayah Kerja UPT Puskesmas Batu Aji.
Jumlah sampel sebesar 42 balita (21 balita dengan stunting dan 21 balita yang
tidak stunting) dan diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Alat

pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi dan menggunakan uji chi-
square. Sebagian besar balita yang terdiagnosa stunting (Kasus) yang

tidak mendapatkan imunisasi dasar lengkap yang sesuai standar sebanyak 14
balita (66,7%) dan masih diperoleh balita yang tidak terdiagnosa stunting
(Kontrol) yang tidak mendapatkan imunisasi dasar lengkap sesuai standar
sebanyak 5 balita (23,8%). Hasil uji statistik chi square diperoleh nilai p-value
0,005 < 0,05 (OR = 6,400 (95% CI (1,654 - 24,770)). Terdapat
hubungan yang signifikan antara imunisasi dasar lengkap dengan kejadian
stunting pada balita di Wilayah Kerja UPT Puskesmas Kota Batam Tahun 2024.
